2. Accounts
- To use the Autentic platform, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

- By using Autentic, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze this content solely to provide our services.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content uploaded to Autentic.
5. Payments
- Certain services may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be displayed at checkout or in your service agreement.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by law or explicitly outlined by Autentic.
6. Intellectual Property
- Autentic owns all rights to the platform, software, and generated insights (excluding your original uploaded content).
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without permission.
7. Disclaimers
- Autentic is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Insights generated are based on AI-powered analysis and should be used as decision-support, not absolute truth.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Autentic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to us for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Autentic at any time by closing your account.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with the new effective date. Continued use of Autentic means you accept the updated Terms.
