More on connecting Claude
ONCE YOU’RE CONNECTED, TRY THIS
List the studies I can access. Summarize the key findings from one study, cite supporting quotes, and flag any limitations in the evidence. Do not change any data.

02 / WITH CONTEXT

Your access. Your call.

Sign in directly with Autentic. Your study and organization permissions still apply. Tool results are shared with the AI app you choose, so review its policies before connecting.

A little more context.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol lets an AI app connect to Autentic’s tools. Instead of copying findings into a chat, you can ask the app to retrieve the research you have access to.

Which account should I use?

Sign in with the same Autentic account you use for your studies. Your account needs organization and study access. The AI app may also require a particular plan, role or administrator approval.

Will I see interactive research cards?

In hosts that support Autentic’s MCP Apps, tools can display interactive research cards. Other clients may show text or structured results instead. Support varies by app and version.

Can an AI app change my studies?

Standard accounts, including organization admins, have read-only access through the connector. Only Autentic superadmins can change eligible participant-session statuses or review decisions. Those changes affect the shared study, so check the target session before approving. The connector has no tools to create, edit, delete, launch or export studies.

What if the connection doesn’t work?

Check the server URL, your AI app’s MCP support, workspace policies and your Autentic study access. If authorization expires, reconnect through your AI app. Never paste passwords, access tokens or OAuth secrets into a chat. Contact hola@autentic.ai if you need help.
